So about 3 months ago I sold my ipod nano. It was a 3rd gen. nano and I used it a little bit, just not enough to justify keeping it when I needed the money for something else.
But the times they are a changin’ and I’m starting the research of getting back into the pmp realm. I’m undecided at this point… do I want to go back to another apple product and give itunes my time and money, or do I venture in the unpopular world of ‘the other’ options?
Here they are-
- The Microsoft Zune
- Samsung
- Sony Walkman Video Player
- other options I’m not aware of?
One thing to consider is the amount of music files I have integrated, whether ripped or purchased through itunes music store, and whether it’s easy enough to transfer files into a new device/format.
iPod has become the new Kleenex of our generation. So, if anyone has one of those other options I’m really open to hearing the discussion on which makes the most sense from a consumer standpoint.
